Ordering an Upgrade (& Renewing your Licence)
When your Licence Expires:
When your licence expires, you can use this page to order an Upgrade. This will renew your Annual Licence at the same time.
- TimeTabler : by end of February
- StaffCover: by end of September
- Options : by end of December
Each year we produce a major Upgrade, based on the requests that Users have added to the WishList.
These major Upgrades are usually available:
- in February for TimeTabler,
- in August for StaffCover,
- in November for Options.
In addition, minor updates may be available during the year, and these can be obtained simply by clicking on the Check for Updates button that is shown at the bottom-right of the opening screen.
You are advised to do this regularly so that you are always using the very latest version of the software.
How to Order an Update / Renew your Licence: Order Form
If you have a copy of the full version of the program, and if your Licence is due to expire, then you can get an Order Form for the new Upgrade version by clicking on the links below:

Complete the Order Form and then fax / or post / or scan-&-email it back to us.
- You can use these forms only if you are Upgrading an existing full version of the program.
